Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Dr. Tim, International within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please e-mail us a [email protected] to receive a return authorization number.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
Dr. Tim Internationaldoes not accept returns of the following items:
1) Downloadable e-books or products
2) Coaching programs or conferences once attended
Receiving a Refund
We’ll request a refund after we receive and process your return. For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing either by mail or email. If your cancellation is received within 24 hours of your order, your order will be full refunded in full. If your order is canceled after the order has shipped, you will have to pay shipping both ways, and we will refund the purchase price upon return of the merchandise.
